One of the leading restaurants in Macau is Robuchon a Galera, the place to be for excellent French cuisine and fine dining.  Created by the celebrated chef Joel Robuchon, Robuchon a Galera showcases the skills and talent of the chef that was voted in 1990 as the “Chef of the Century” by the Gault-Millau Restaurant Guide.  You have much to look forward to regarding the food the restaurant has to offer.

The decors are certainly chic, stylish, and classy.  This is one of the selling points of the restaurant.  When you say fine dining in Macau, then you might also be talking about dining at  Robuchon a Galera. Located at the Hotel Lisboa, it is placed strategically near the casinos in the area.  High-rollers and the rich and famous are the common patrons of Robuchon a Galera.

On the menu, diners may sample the king crabs and mozzarella seasoned with romaine and virgin olive oil.  You also have spiny lobster served with a crustacean soup seasoned with saffron.  You can also order the pan-seared Kagoshima beef served with shallots confit and soufflé potatoes.  The appetizers and desserts here are also highly recommended.  As for the wine, Robuchon a Galera has one of the most extensive collections in the region.  It was given the Grand Award by Wine Spectator for having one of the greatest wine lists in the world.  Add to that the three-star rating from Michelin Guide, Robuchon a Galera is truly one of the places that offer the best fine dining experiences in Macau.

As you can see by now, all the good things that Robuchon a Galera has to offer come at a price, an expensive one at that.  If you have the cash to burn, spending it at Robuchon a Galera is all worth it.
